During the Dot Com explosion during the late 90's, TRAX moved into a much larger space to accommodate the growth necessary to keep up with demand. I believe the space was 7,000 square feet +/-, and we filled every foot with furniture for employees. I worked with the Millers and specified all the fixtures, cabinets, and furniture locations for the electrical and telephones. LGE Construction did the build out, and they were wonderful to work with. This reminds me of the Desert Mountain Cochise Geronimo Club house in the late 80's except we didn't CAD yet; I was working for Eric Bron at DLR Group, and he showed me how to take a 53,000 s.f. project and see it as manageable parts, which makes it easier.
